Murfreesboro: Central Magnet provides 70 "Summer Camps In Bag"

Sunday, May 31st, 2020 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm (CT)
Project Transformation relies on churches to groups to create “summer camps in a bag” to be distributed to children at our site location in Murfreesboro- First Cumberland Presbyterian Church! Now more than ever, children need resources to nurture their mind, body, and spirit while they are out of school and at home during this public health emergency.

BAG ITEMS:
❏ New children’s book (1)
❏ Bookmark (1)
❏ Journal or Composition Notebook with ruled pages (1)
❏ Pre-sharpened pencils (1 pack)
❏ Small pencil sharpener (1)
❏ Crayons (1 pack)
❏ Sidewalk chalk (1 box/bin)
❏ Snack (2-3 servings, no peanuts please)
Examples: Pretzels, microwave popcorn, fruit snacks, granola bars, fruit cups, jerky

Please drop off bags at First Cumberland Presbyterian Church from 1pm to 3pm on Sunday, May 31.

Requirement Details
Any individual dropping off the bags at the site church must meet the criteria below:
  • You are age 64 or younger
  • You have not traveled (and nobody in your household has traveled) to a country on the CDC’s Level 3 watch list in the last 30 days.
  • You have not you been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19.
  • You do not have symptoms consistent with COVID-19. (Symptoms can include a fever, cough or shortness of breath. See the CDC’s symptom information.)
  • You have not been on a cruise or in an airport in the last 14 days.
