This training will provide a clear and consistent understanding of key concepts related to diversity, equity, and inclusion for practical and personal implementation, including implicit bias and microaggressions. Participants will initiate an action plan process to foster and sustain learned strategies to be implemented during OST opportunities and meet the needs of historically marginalized students of color.
